Hello! Happy Thursday! you all know i love to dance right? well mainly its just for fun. but i always wanted to learn some choreography. so i bought the 'Rock Your Body" dance workout! Jamie King is the choreographer. you might know him because he has worked with a lot of big celebrities. My personal favorite-Britney Spears. He was actually the concert director for Britney's Femme Fatale Tour :) It was Amazing! Anyway, the dvd is broken down into a warm-up, routine one, routine two, dress rehearsal (where you put both routines together to make one, then the final performance. well it has taken me almost two weeks to learn routine one and do it fast like they do (tempo) its great because they do it really slow, then a little faster (halftime), and then the normal pace to the music (tempo). Well today i tried routine two and i got through the whole thing! in Tempo! its still not perfected but im so shocked that i understood and was able to keep up with them! its so much fun! not to mention a great workout! i danced for almost 2 hours today! i normally only do like 30/45 minutes. i wanted to push myself harder and im amazed! i love it! so if you want to try some choreography, i Highly recommend this dvd! I'm a slow learner but He does a great job instructing! Can wait to rock my body again! :) Some parts of it are shown below :)
